in 1978 the Ministry of Furniture Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan had founded a company "COMFORT", manufacturer of kitchen and other types of furniture.
By decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 1997 the "COMFORT" was transformed by OJSC "FAYZ" on a base of some of enterprises of former “Mahhaliy Sanoat” corporation. 1998-OJSC "FAYZ" was transformed to JSC JV "FAYZ" 2010-JSC JV "FAYZ" was transformed to the JV "FAYZ" LLC. The company "FAYZ" is a part of IAD complex for development engineering, electrical engineering and aviation industry, standardization of the Cabinet of Ministers products. Since 1991, under the management of Chairman of the Board of the Company "FAYZ" Azimova Mukarramhon Ahadovna 26 new enterprises have been established, 16 of them are industrial, 4 enterprises for services delivery, 4 trading companies, one manufacturer of agricultural products, one industry matchmaking, and 9 joint ventures (JV), as well as two trade houses in Russia and Kazakhstan. "FAYZ" is the largest furniture producer in Central Asia with over 33 years of successful operating in the national economy of Uzbekistan. Its market value, in general, out of output of furniture is about 25-30% and an assortment of consumer products includes more than 500 products. All “FAYZ” enterprises are equipped with high-tech production equipment from leading manufacturers from Germany, Italy, Poland, Slovenia, Turkey, etc. Our foreign partners are the International Finance Corporation, the World Bank Group, the company "Spectrum Furniture" (UAE, Dubai) and many other international companies. In the middle of 2012 the company will please its customers with new advances in medicine and building materials. All products are certified to 9001:2009 (ISO 9001:2008) for 2010-2013.
